Helping Ministry Leaders Practice the Wisdom of Jesus
Every ministry leader needs wisdom.
But most of us are trying to lead having never been trained in wisdom’s ways.

Our Training Approach
Sage Christianity is not a network or denomination, but a training collective of ministry leaders who are seeking to bring our questions into conversation with the wisdom of Jesus and to help you and your team learn to do the same.
We Seek Jesus First
We look to Jesus in light of how both testaments of the Bible reveal him as our starting point for every question of life and leadership.
We Draw Upon a Wisdom Lens
We believe that Jesus fulfills the biblical offices of prophet, priest, and king, but he is also, “one greater than Solomon,” wisdom itself. Jesus as our wisdom and the Biblical wisdom Jesus upholds and fulfills, anchors the priority of our training.
We Value Relational Hospitality
Biblical wisdom is not only a narrative by which we story the world, or skillset by which we navigate vocational and situational unknowns, but also a manner relating out of an enjoyment of God’s creation.
We Aren’t in a Hurry
Everything around us pressures us to large, famous things as fast as possible. But most things that matter call for slow, mostly overlooked graces, over a long period of time.
We Introduce you to Seasoned Voices
We gather our faculty of men and women from various Bible believing, Jesus exalting denominations, networks, and organizations.
We Engage the hardest questions
Leaders in ministry cannot afford to ignore the questions that most challenge those we serve. Wise leadership includes personal, familial, congregational AND cultural wisdom.
